Bhomaram Jugataram Sutar

Mr. Bhomaram Jugataram Sutar is the founder of Bhomaram J. Sutar & Associates, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He is also a Registered Trademark Agent and a Certified Independent Director.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.), both from Pune University.

He brings deep expertise in company law and allied legal and secretarial compliances, with end-to-end experience spanning Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), FEMA Advisory, Startup Advisory, XBRL Filings, Company Strike-Off, Mergers & Acquisitions, Takeovers, RBI FLA Returns, and consultancy on export-related matters, among other specialized areas. He also undertakes legal drafting of corporate documents and agreements, ensuring precision and compliance across every engagement.

Varshil Jadav - (Management Head)

Mr. Varshil N. Jadav serves as the Manager and has been with the firm for the past three years. He currently leads the Audit & Corporate Tax division, as well as overseeing Income Tax & GST Compliances. He brings six years of experience to his role.
